The Intimate Partner Betrayal Alliance (IPBA) supports women impacted by intimate partner betrayal trauma through three pillars: Awareness, Advocacy, and Agency. We provide practical healing resources, amplify survivor voices, and work to eliminate the shame and stigma that keep betrayed partners silent by replacing them with empowerment, community, and hope.
OUR VISION
The Intimate Partner Betrayal Alliance envisions a world where women betrayed in intimate partner relationships are no longer silenced by shame but empowered by truth, supported in healing, and recognized for their strength.
We exist to transform the hidden pain of betrayal into a collective force for justice, dignity, and change. We ignite the embers of light in every survivor’s story and restore the power that rightfully belongs to them.

AGENCY
Giving betrayed partners the right to tell their stories on their own terms.

WHY Embers of Light?
EMBERS OF LIGHT is the name for our community of betrayed partners. The spiritual significance of embers is rich and layered. Embers carry deep symbolism across many cultures, often representing resilience, transformation, sacred presence, and hope; especially during or after seasons of destruction, darkness, or loss. Embers are what remain after the flames die down. They represent the fire that still burns, even if quietly.
